For t-shirt printing
Provide your detail included
a) Name & Contact
b) Mailing address
c) Tshirt type & color (Round neck Tee / Polo Tee or etc……)
d) Quantity 

Submit your artwork (prefer in Ai CS3 format) and layout. Following are the sample for artwork and layout

c) Mug type (white mug or color mug)
d) Quantity
